it would be better if you watch this show yourself on youtube, but just to give a brief preview,
this program is exactly the same as Project Runway, only the expectation from the client was different.
The client was this famous korean MC who loves wearing outrageous and silly costumes. Something like what you see every Halloween.
(Not that you can see much in Singapore, i dont think people celebrate it here, I wish...hmm)
